In total, the combined net-worth to provide all services associated with it would be INR 10 Crore.
For instance, suppose the licensee wants to provide a services A and B list in the Access service license. In this case, the licensees net worth should be equal to the sum of net worth required to provide service A and net worth required to provide service B.
Those with Access Service License must use standardized equipment to provide their services
The Access Service License holders must use TEC and ITU approved devices to provide their services. In case mandatory TEC approval is absent for the devices, the licensee has the option to use equipment and products that have the approval of other standardization bodies, such as:
- ETSI
- IEEE
- ISO
- IEC
The applicant must provide the right documents to start the licensing procedure

- Certificate of Incorporation of the Company
- Details of network interconnection
- Memorandum of Association

- Statement of Revenue

- Audited Net worth certificate
Sharing of infrastructure is allowed in Access service category B License
The scope of this category B allows the sharing of the following types of passive infrastructure with other Telecom Service Providers:
- Building
- Dark Fibre
- Duct Space,
- Right of Way
